Perched on the side of a green hill, on the mythical island of Crete, an estate of 4.000 sq.m located in the most beautiful region of Agia Triada, the comfortable VILLAS PANTELIS – MARIE are gazing upon the deep blue of the Cretan Sea. The impressive site blends perfectly with the architecture and aesthetics of the villas. The property includes two villas: the VILLA PANTELIS and VILLA MARIE.

The two villas are built with the same style and are both well equipped with different interior decoration each covering every discerning taste. Each villa is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. Of course you can take advantage of the twin villa in order to grow your company.
When entering the private estate VILLAS PANTELIS – MARIE, the guest is impressed by a wide stonebuild entrance and the stone ledges surrounding the villas which make for a magical scenery. Furthermore the care with which the gardens are kept, the citrus trees, the green grass and the beautifull flower gardens create a sense of peace and tranquility.
Upon entering the villa, the guest encounters the comfortable seating area which combined with the large windows and doors creates a sense of a cinematic screen. In the beautifully decorated and spacious villa there is an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a small bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a modern dining room for 6 people and spacious round terraces that offer magnificent views of the sea and the olive groves surrounding the estate.
The other part of the VILLAS has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds, a balcony with a great view and a large bathroom.
The exterior of the villa has an exceptional design with a blooming garden, lawn and pool area. The private pool (separate pool for each villa) has been designed for adults and children! There is a built-in stone barbecue around the pool for those who love to cook and enjoy their meals outdoors. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture and various games to give you a chance to relax and spend your time in the sun! Also, each villa has parking space for more than two cars.
