Pepi studios

This quiet and friendly accommodation is built within a charming old Venetian building, located in the heart of the old town of Rethymnon. Pepi Studios consists of 13 rooms, 3 maisonettes and 2 suites, situated around a beautiful garden and a small outdoor pool.

The standard rooms are 20m² and are located on the ground floor around the garden and the pool. The rooms have double beds and can accommodate 2 people.

The superior rooms are 20-28m², have been recently renovated and are located on the first floor of the building . The superior rooms have a double bed or twin beds and can accommodate up to three people, with a sofa bed or an extra bed.

The maisonettes are 25m² and are located on the ground floor. The maisonettes have two floors. Downstairs there is a living area equipped with a kitchenette, dining table and bathroom. Upstairs there is the bedroom with a double bed.

The Junior Suite is located on the first floor of the hotel and is a split-level room. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room area with a dining table,a sofa bed and a bathroom. The staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the spacious bedroom. The Junior Suite is 35m² in size and can accommodate up to three people, using the sofa bed.

The suite is located on the first floor of the hotel and is 50m² in size. There are two sofa beds that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The suite has an open space fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor where the bedroom is.

Pepi Studios offers a variety of facilities in every room including a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and utensils, electronic safe, flat screen TV, A/C, heating, satellite TV and hairdryer. There is Wi-Fi which is included in the price.

Pepi Studios is located 3 minutes from the unique sandy beach of the town and a minute’s walk from the shopping streets, the museums and the numerous cafes, restaurants and nightclubs.
