Calergi Residence

In the small village of Atsipopoulo, just outside of Rethymno, lies Calergi Residence. The residence is managed by the hospitable Calergi family and consists of 10 apartments and 4 studios. Most of the apartments have two floors which are connected through a spiral staircase. They are sunny, nicely decorated and well equipped apartments.

 

 

Each and every one of the 4 studios is about 20 sq. m. The sitting area and the bedroom are in the same area, while the studio also has a kitchenette, a fridge, satellite TV, a safe, A/C, a bathtub or a shower, a bathroom and either a balcony or a veranda.

The 2 apartments are about 40 sq. m. and each one has a separate bedroom and a sleeping area out of the room. There is also a kitchenette, a fridge, satellite TV, a safe, A/C, a bathtub or a shower, a bathroom and either a balcony or a veranda.

Every one of the 8 maisonettes extends to an area of 40 sq. m. with a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower on the top floor. The two floors are connected through a spiral staircase which leads to a sitting and bedroom area on the ground floor, while there is a kitchenette, a fridge, satellite TV, a safe, A/C, a bathroom and a balcony or a veranda.

In the middle of the paved yard you shall find a swimming pool with sunbeds. You can also use a common area on the roof from where you can enjoy unique views over the rooftops of the village’s houses all the way down to the sea.

The breakfast buffet features fresh products, like cheese, olives, fruits, bread, honey and homemade jam. In the direct surroundings of Calergi Residence there are three taverns. In a short distance you can find a supermarket and a bakery for your daily needs. Furthermore, in the city of Rethymno there is a great variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, taverns and more.
